Exchange & Return Policy – Ananas ☕️🍍
At Ananas, we believe coffee is an experience, not just a product.
We carefully select our coffee lots and package them with the highest standards to ensure they reach you in optimal condition.
In compliance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations and the E-Commerce Law, our exchange and return policy is as follows:
1️⃣ Coffee & Food Products
Due to the nature of coffee as a sensitive food product that is affected by storage conditions such as heat and humidity, and in order to protect public health and product quality, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee products (whole bean or ground) once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, even if the package remains unopened.
Legal basis:
This policy is in accordance with the exceptions stated in Article (13) of the E-Commerce Law, which exclude:

Products that are perishable or affected by environmental conditions.

Products manufactured based on consumer specifications (such as custom grind sizes).
2️⃣ Brewing Tools & Accessories (If Applicable)
For coffee tools, equipment, or cups, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that:

The product is in its original condition, unused, and with factory packaging unopened.

The customer bears all shipping costs (return and reshipment), unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
3️⃣ Defective Products or Order Errors
We take full responsibility in the following cases:

Receiving an item different from what was ordered.

Receiving a damaged product or compromised packaging (such as a torn bag that exposed the coffee to air).

A clear quality defect that does not match the product deion.
In these cases:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will:

Replace the product with a new one, or
-
Issue a full refund,
while Ananas covers all shipping costs.
4️⃣ Return & Exchange Request Procedure
